Attendance Notifications Now at 11 a.m.
CISD recently changed the attendance notifications for elementary school students. With elementary attendance taken at 10 a.m., parents or guardians will be notified by 11 a.m. of their child's absence. If you receive a call from 214-496-8200 at 11 am. and your child is absent, it is the district/school notification of your child being absent. If you don't answer this automatic phone call, it will leave a voicemail message.

They will use the hair to make wigs for children and adults with cancer/hair loss. Parents and students can donate as long as you have 10 inches of hair. Of course you can donate more than 10 inches if you like. The hair can be colored or permed, but not bleached. BoxTops Collected Friday, Feb. 22nd
Our next Box Tops Collection will be Friday, Feb. 22nd! We have new and exciting BoxTops competitions this year. We will be collecting BoxTops by classroom and the class who has collected the most will be able to grab a prize from a toy grab bag! Your child can bring in any number of BoxTops this year, there is no need to wait until you have 50! Mockingbird raised more than $900 last year, and we want to see if we can raise even more this year! Make sure when you are clipping your BoxTops to not cut off the manufacturer number or the expiration date. Please don't send any expired Box Tops! If you have any questions contact Vai Patel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
