Congratulations MKB CEF Grant Recipients
Congratulations to Kindergarten Teachers Mrs. Joni Taylor and Mrs. Shelby Thompson, who received a $2,345 grant from the Coppell ISD Education Foundation (CEF) for the "Reading Around the World" program.
Congratulations also to Mrs. Stacey Chambers, who teaches those who are visually impaired, for receiving a $200 grant to purchase "Story Boxes" for those who have multiple impairments.
In addition, Mrs. Ann Carlsson was part of a $6,259 grant for GTi teachers to purchase "You Can Cube It" rubix cubes.
These teachers received grants as part of the CEF Grant Patrol, which surprised teachers with these big checks and grant notifications during "Grant Patrol" on Dec. 6. Lost and Found Overflowing
The lost and found closet is overflowing! Please look to see if your child has all of their winter gear. If not, please ask them to stop by the lost and found. There’s a good chance that coat, hat, scarf or glove is hiding there!
